We are currently offering consumer sales in Canada and USA. If you are a consumer outside of Canada and USA then we suggest you locate and contact a local retailer using our ‘find a retailer‘ tool or contact us via our contact page.

When you reach the checkout stage for your order you are prompted to create a new account. For security reasons this is compulsory, it will also grant you access to extra features like order updates and order history. Payments are processed by Global Payments Inc. Payment processing is hosted securely on a DSS v3.2.1 secure online payment environment, with built in encyption, tokenization and 3D Secure 2.0 technology.

You can pay for your order using a valid debit card or credit card:

  • Canadian customer payment options: Visa credit & debit, MC credit & debit, Discover, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay.
  • US customer payment options: Visa credit & debit, MC credit & debit, Discover, AMEX.

When a confirmation email of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order only. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and therefor a contract between us, when we update an invoice to your account. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding centres.

When creating an account you are required to make a password. To ensure your privacy is protected, please follow the points of this Password Policy.

All passwords should be reasonably complex and difficult for unauthorised people to guess. Customers should choose passwords that are at least eight characters long and contain a combination of upper- and lower-case letters and digits. When entering your password you will be notified in real time of the strength of your password, please do not enter very weak/weak passwords, always aim to create strong unique passwords that combine upper/lower cases, special symbols and numbers.

In addition to meeting those requirements, customers are advised to use common sense when choosing passwords. Try to avoid basic combinations that are easy to crack. For instance, choices like “password,” “password1” and “Pa$$w0rd” are equally poor from a security perspective.

A password should be unique, with meaning only to the customer who chooses it. That means dictionary words, common phrases and even names should be avoided.

We suggest that passwords should be changed regularly.

If the security of a password is in doubt– for example, if it appears that an unauthorised person has logged in to your account — the password must be changed immediately.

We suggest customers never share their passwords with anyone else.
