Continuing our series on Textures and Plasters, Jim @paintwithjim shares 3 basic techniques on how-to apply decorative plaster to a surface.

In this tutorial, Jim applies our VP Antico (Venetian Plaster) using 3 different techniques - trowel, roller, and stippling with a brush. These techniques can also be used to apply Fine Stone or Pearl Plaster! If you’re new to working with plasters or need a refresher, this tutorial is a great overview of simple plaster applications that can be used on walls and furniture.

He used paint, Crackle Tex, and a custom tinted Scumble Glaze to create a handsome and stunning rustic finish. We`re just loving all the details that add so much character to the space.
